Delete your Splitrail account
Splitrail is made by Cubicle Square Technologies. You can delete your account and personal data in the app in under a minute, or ask us to do it for you here.
Delete it in the app
Fastest: takes effect straight away.
- Open Splitrail and go to the home screen.
- Tap your avatar (top right) to open Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Email accounts are asked for the password; Apple and Google accounts sign in once more.

Request deletion by email
No phone handy, or the app is uninstalled? We'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
| Data | What happens |

| Sign-in (email, Apple or Google link) | Deleted |
| Profile: name, email, photo | Deleted |
| Push tokens for your devices | Deleted |
| Your membership of groups | Removed; you lose access to all groups |
| Expenses and payments you added to shared groups | Kept under your name so other members' balances stay correct, unless you ask us to remove them |
| Crash reports and anonymous usage events | Not linked to your name; expire within 14 months |
Deletion can't be undone. If you only want a break, archive your groups or sign out instead. See the privacy policy for details.
